Twin Brother of Prayers Explained

Prayers does not stand alone
It has a twin brother called thanksgiving.
No matter how well you pray
Thanksgiving must be in place for prayers to it place.
It is thanksgiving that pave way for prayers.

The problem with many of us is
We are too much in a hurry to pray down the promises without taking time to thank God for His blessings in our lives.
The depth of your thanksgiving determines the height of your prayer.
Prayer proceeding from ungrateful hearts is acidic.
Ingrates don't have a right to God's presence.
Many prayers are done outside the court because the people are shut out of God's presence

Enter His Gate With Thanksgiving,And Into His Court With Praise:Be Thankful Unto Him And Bless His Name.
             Psalm 100:4

God cannot stand ingratitude.
Whatever comes from ungrateful lips is always resisted by God.
This is the reason someone can be praying hard and things are getting harder.
Some folks complained and they were destroyed(1 Cor 10:10)
I have more thanksgiving points than prayer points.
The truth is,the more grateful you become, the less prayer points you have.

God will answer the wish of a thankful person than the cry of an ingrate
I don't feel bad over the things i don't have
I have never being intimidated by the blessings of God in the lives of others because i am overly obsessed with the ones He has done for me.
Thankfulness blinds you to ugliness.
People that see negativity everywhere are ingrates.
Grateful people see God in everything.
And,that is why, their prayer receives immediate attention.
Paul and Silas in the prison prayed and gave praises(Acts 16:25,26).
Their lives were in jeopardy but, they still had time to Praise God.
Don't allow satan corner you
Don't join the complainants club.
Become an addicted Praiser.
Be thankful for life.
Praise God from a grateful heart.
That is the secret of effective praying.

Be Careful For Nothing; But In Everything By Prayer And Supplication With THANKSGIVING Let Your Requests Be Made Known Unto God.
      Philippians 4:6
